Artist impressions of new build properties

A working building site and architect's drawings will not impress your potential buyer. They can not visualise what the building is going to look like... both interior and exterior.

That's where my drawings come in. Impressive artist's impressions of how the new build development could look like.

Working purely from architects drawings I can create a realistic 3D view of the house.

Sometimes a more artistic pen and ink sketch is effective in showing the character of the new property. Particularly if it is a more traditional or rustic style of architecture. Or to give it a more rural and natural appeal.

Again, buyers find it very difficult to look at the plan view of a room. I fitted kitchen is stated, but to see it in 3D in the room layout makes it so much easier to sell the property.
